ARTWORK PROGRAMME

One Triton Square is a nucleus for the knowledge community within one of Europe’s leading innovation hubs, the Knowledge Quarter – a network including University College London, The British Library, leading research institutions and global tech businesses. Part of this dynamic ecosystem and its connectivity to the Golden Triangle, One Triton Square offers pioneering businesses space primed for the future of innovation on the inspiring Regent’s Place campus.

To celebrate the arrival of this new landmark for the business of science, 34 artworks have been commissioned and curated for the building’s shared spaces. They reflect the complexity and interconnectedness of scientific discovery – networks, fractals, technology and nature are just some of the themes explored. This includes a major new commission in the ground floor lobby by the acclaimed international artist Anicka Yi – marking her first permanent public artwork in the UK.

This art programme brings together seven artists from Cockpit, as well as the team at Blast Studio, and has been curated by visionary public art agency New Public in partnership with British Land and Royal London Asset Management.
